Nutrition Counseling and Health Coaching Services

Intro to Nutrition Counseling and Health Coaching  $25/30 minutes


Are you curious about health and nutrition coaching and want to explore your options? Meet with Erin for a brief overview of her offerings, have your questions answered, and gain some insight into how nutrition coaching can benefit your health.


New Client Intake  $125/90 minutes


All new clients must complete a health history intake with Erin to identify and discuss client needs, goals, concerns, and plans. The client will receive nutritional information and suggestions as determined appropriate during the intake.


Nutrition Counseling Sessions $75/60 minutes


Do you have questions about a particular dietary theory? Are you looking to try a new way of eating? Do you find it difficult to navigate the ever-changing, often conflicting world of nutritional science and diet trends? Do you want to cleanse all those toxins and processed foods out of your body and jumpstart a healthier you? Erin will provide answers to your questions, provide some perspective on nutrition and how to eat healthfully, and help you gain a better understanding of what works for you.


10-Session Health Coaching Program   10, $65 biweekly payments

This signature program will transform your life, attending to all aspects of your health, wellness, and overall sense of joy and fulfillment in life. Through a powerful combination of objective nutritional guidance grounded in traditional wisdom and cutting-edge science, provocative questioning, and inspiring coaching, Erin will work with you to address your specific concerns or goals related to food and movement, and everything in between. By tapping into your own inner wisdom, you will learn to cultivate the tools necessary to harness your health and discover the best possible version of yourself.


As a client of Erin’s health coaching program, you will:


*Set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting, never depriving


*Create sustainable habits to achieve and maintain your ideal weight


*Understand, reduce and mindfully honor your cravings

During this truly unique program, you will receive the following services and support:


* Ten 50-minute coaching sessions every other week


*E-mail support between sessions


*Delicious recipes that are nourishing to the body, mind and spirit, and simple to prepare


*Nutrition and healthy lifestyle information, coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want


*Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge


*Erin’s personal commitment to your health and success


Grocery Store Tour  $75/tour, $25 per additional person up to 4

Take a cruise down the aisles of your local grocery store with Erin as your guide.  You will gain insight into what to put in your cart and what to leave on the shelves. Want to check out your neighborhood natural food market and are afraid you won’t know what to buy? Erin will accompany you and give you a tour of this unfamiliar world, dispelling myths about what healthy is and isn’t, helping you gain confidence in your healthy shopping skills. Tours last about an hour.


Kitchen Makeover  $100/90 minutes

Have you committed to eating healthier and simply don’t know where to begin? How about your own kitchen! Spend ninety minutes with Erin as she walks you through your pantry and fridge, giving you nutritional information about their contents, and recommendations on what to add and what to remove to create a healthy eating haven. Get your trash bag ready – you’ll never feel better about throwing out food!


WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

Anyone who has attempted to change something about themselves knows the process of changing is no small feat. Pair this often overwhelming notion of change with the multitudes of dietary theories constantly competing for the limelight and a lack of knowledgeable support, and taking control over your health can seem like an insurmountable obstacle.


Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that can deeply improve your health and happiness. Erin considers everything that contributes to our well-being and health: what she calls “primary food” or all the things that feed and nourish our bodies, minds and spirits, like career, relationships, movement and exercise, spirituality, sleep; as well as the actual food we eat that directly affects our physical bodies. Acting as an informed guide, Erin listens deeply, provokes your inner wisdom with mindful questioning, and helps you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition theories to help you determine what changes are necessary for you and how you will make these lasting changes. Most importantly, she gives people the tools they need to harness and sustain their own health and wellness.
